Is he not the most beautiful child you’ve ever seen? He’s absolutely precious! Most of you are my Facebook friends so you’ve seen about a million pictures of Liam, who I affectionately refer to as Mr. Baby.
He made his grand entrance June 5 and completely rocked our world. Needless to say, I’ve been a little busy. Plus my laptop is fighting a major virus right now, making it near impossible to update the blog. So I apologize for the delay.
So here’s what been happening, in no particular order: Baby stuff. A lot of it. Little sleep. Lots of poo. Crazy hormones. Lots of tears, mostly of joy, but some of frustration. Lots and lots of smiles and laughter. Wonder. Amazement. Fear (both real and irrational). Thankfulness times a billion. Two colds. Doctor appointments. Daycare. A few golden showers (gross). And a partridge in a pear tree.
Mr. Baby is now 4 months old and is growing and developing right on track. He’s in the 50th percentile for weight and the 75th for height. He talks constantly, just like his daddy. He throws some major tantrums, not at all like his mommy. He rolls over and will be starting baby cereal this week. What!? Slow down, child! He is absolutely the most incredible trip. Babies grow so fast and then the first haircut, and bam what happened to the baby that left, he came back looking like a little man, totally changed. Had a few of those golden showers myself, think it happens to every mom and day of a little baby boy. Enjoy everything and keep taking the pics we all are enjoying our journey.
